The Strength System Program Design seminar will teach you the most up-to-date programming principles that are supported by current research and backed by years of consistent results with athletes ranging from the absolute beginner through to the very best in the world.
These are the methods that I have used personally for my own training, to coach thousands of Strength System lifters, and to build some of the strongest athletes in the world. I will not only teach you the theory behind why these methods work, but I will also show you how to systemise your approach to programming so that you can achieve consistent results with yourself, and your clients and athletes.

What you'll learn

This course will take an in-depth look at the science of volume prescription (reps/sets), load selection, exercise selection, training frequency, lifting tempo and rest periods. These are the tools that we use to design successful programs and without a proper understanding of these training variables, any program we create will simply be guesswork.
Next we will explore and deconstruct the different styles of linear and non-linear periodization so that you understand how these different programming styles work, before applying all of this knowledge to program design so that you can create consistent and effective programs for a range of populations and goals.
By the end of the seminar, you will know how to effectively program for beginner through to advanced lifters, men and women, athletes from a variety of sports (including team sports, bodybuilding, and strength sports) and for lifters with a variety of goals (including muscle gain, fat loss/body composition, general health, and strength gain).

Whilst there are no requirements to complete this course, one of the below courses are required to be eligible for our upcoming Program Design Software:

  • Strength System Level 1
  • Strength System Level 2
  • Strength System Program Design 2 Day Course*
  • Strength System International Certification Level 1
